SMS / Text Messaging Terms

These SMS/Text Messaging Terms ("SMS Terms") describe how flowhouse ("flowhouse," "we," "us," or "our"), a luxury reformer pilates and barre studio in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, communicates with you by text message. Please read these terms carefully before opting in to our text messaging programs.

1. Program Description

flowhouse operates the following SMS messaging programs:

• flowhouse Founding Circle: Text messages related to our Founding Circle pre-launch program, including exclusive updates, founding member offers, and early access announcements ahead of our Summer 2026 opening.
• Class & Account Notifications: Transactional text messages related to your flowhouse account, including class booking confirmations, class reminders, waitlist notifications, schedule changes, and other account-related updates.

These programs are operated by flowhouse and powered by Twilio and/or related SMS service providers.

2. How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from flowhouse by:

• Checking the SMS consent box when submitting a form on our website (such as the Founding Circle sign-up).
• Providing your mobile phone number and expressly consenting to SMS communications when creating a booking account or enrolling in a membership through Mariana Tek.
• Following any other opt-in instructions we provide.

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. You may purchase memberships, class packages, or other services from flowhouse without consenting to receive text messages.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive will depend on your account activity, class schedule, and any promotional campaigns we run. You may receive both transactional messages (e.g., booking confirmations and reminders) and, if you have consented to marketing, occasional promotional messages.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates charged by your mobile carrier may apply to messages you receive from us and to any messages you send to us (such as STOP or HELP). flowhouse does not charge any additional fees for SMS communications, but your carrier's standard rates will apply. Contact your mobile carrier for information about your plan's messaging rates.

5. How to Opt Out (STOP)

You may cancel your enrollment in our SMS program at any time. To opt out, simply reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a single confirmation message, and you will no longer receive text messages from flowhouse (other than any legally required final confirmation).

You may also contact us at info@flowhouserb.com to opt out of SMS communications. Please note that even after opting out of SMS, you may still receive transactional communications from us via email.

7. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is available on most major US wireless carriers, including (but not limited to) AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, and US Cellular. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the availability and reliability of carrier networks, and flowhouse cannot guarantee delivery of any particular message.

8. Privacy and Your Mobile Information

Your privacy matters to us. Your mobile phone number and any information you provide in connection with our SMS program will not be shared with, sold to, or used by third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile information is used solely to operate our SMS messaging programs as described in these SMS Terms.

SMS consent data and records of your opt-in and opt-out status are maintained separately from any other personal information and are not used for any purpose other than managing your SMS communications preferences.

9. Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase

As noted above, your consent to receive text messages from flowhouse is never required as a condition of purchasing any membership, class package, or service. You can fully participate in everything flowhouse has to offer without enrolling in our SMS program.

10. Changes to These SMS Terms

flowhouse reserves the right to modify these SMS Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our website or by text message prior to taking effect. Your continued participation in our SMS program after notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
