The FlowFormer is our custom reformer and the foundation of the Flowhouse Method. Developed specifically for the way we teach, it supports a unique blend of Pilates-inspired movement, strength training, endurance, balance, and intentional sequencing.

Our founder trained across classical Pilates and contemporary reformer methods. The Flowformer method draws from both — classical control, contemporary pacing, no purist apologies.

Every Flowformer class is sequenced as one continuous breath-led flow. You'll move from one position to the next without a break — and the carryover work happens between exercises, not in spite of them.

Every Flowformer class ends in a long, deliberate cool down — because regulation is part of the work, not after it. You'll walk out lighter than you came in.
