the studio · a movement sanctuary

One room. Built as a sanctuary.

flowhouse is a single, carefully designed studio on the Delaware coast. Every material was chosen — every angle was intentional — so the room feels less like a fitness studio and more like the hour you give yourself every day.

The flowhouse studio interior — warm walnut wood-slat walls, three glowing pendant lanterns, and ten custom Flowformer reformers arranged in two rows facing the mirrored barre wall.

what's inside

Designed for the body — and for the room you walk into.

We designed our reformers, the studio, and every material independently. The room you train in shapes how you feel about training.

Custom Flowformer reformers

Ten reformers, all designed and manufactured to our specifications. Matte-black steel frames with the flowhouse. wordmark cut into the side rail. Built for the way we teach.

Two barre walls

Solid wood barres on minimal black hardware — one wall for our Barre 45 classes (twenty-five spots), one for warmups and stretch.

the build

Real walls. Real wood. Real pendants.

The room, lit.

Three Noguchi-style paper pendants illuminating the upper walnut feature wall, the glass-and-wood barre partition, and the mirror beyond. Ten reformers' worth of floor.

The pendants throw a calm amber glow across the walnut grain. The whole room slows you down the moment you walk in.

our atmosphere

A room built for ritual, not routine.

flowhouse is a sanctuary first. The community we build inside it is a happy second. We protect the calm — and we trust the work to follow.
