Welcome to flowhouse. We are a luxury reformer pilates and barre studio located in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, and we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how flowhouse ("flowhouse," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you visit our website at flowhouserb.com, join our Founding Circle mailing list, create an account or make a booking through our platform, or communicate with us.

Note: This policy is not a substitute for the liability waiver and membership agreement you will sign at your first visit or upon enrolling as a member.

When you interact with flowhouse — whether by joining our Founding Circle waitlist, creating a booking account, purchasing a membership or class package, or contacting us — you may provide us with:

• Contact information: your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
• Account and booking information: username, password, class reservations, membership type, and attendance history, processed through our booking and CRM platform, Mariana Tek.
• Payment information: billing address and payment card details. Payment transactions are processed by our payment processor (such as Stripe) and Mariana Tek. flowhouse does not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.
• Health and fitness information: any injuries, physical limitations, pregnancy status, or physician recommendations you voluntarily disclose to us for the purpose of safe class participation.
• Communications: the content of emails, messages, or inquiries you send us.
• Marketing consent: your consent to receive marketing emails or SMS messages from us.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information, including:

• Log and device data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit.

• Form submission data: if you submit your email address through a form on our website (powered by Netlify Forms), we receive and store that submission.

• Create and manage your account and process bookings, memberships, and payments through Mariana Tek.
• Send you transactional and account-related communications, such as booking confirmations, class reminders, waitlist notifications, and account updates.

• Send you SMS/text messages related to your account, bookings, or marketing communications, where you have separately opted in.
• Respond to your questions, feedback, and support requests.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies.
• Protect the safety and security of our studio, staff, and clients.
• Analyze website usage trends to improve our content and user experience.

3. How We Share Your Information

flowhouse does not sell your personal information. We share your information only as described below.

Service Providers and Third-Party Processors

We work with trusted third-party service providers who process personal information on our behalf. These providers are contractually required to use your data only to perform services for us and to maintain appropriate security. Our key service providers include:

• Mariana Tek — our booking, scheduling, and CRM platform. Mariana Tek processes your account, booking, payment, and attendance data to power class reservations and membership management. See Mariana Tek's Privacy Policy for details.
• Netlify — our website hosting and form-processing provider. Netlify receives and temporarily stores form submissions made on our website. See Netlify's Privacy Policy for details.
• Twilio and SMS providers — if you opt in to SMS communications, your phone number and messaging activity are processed by Twilio and/or related SMS service providers to deliver text messages. Your mobile information (including your phone number and consent status) will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. See Section 8 (SMS/Text Messaging) for full details.
• Payment processors (e.g., Stripe) — payment card information is processed directly by our payment processor. We receive transaction confirmation and billing details, but do not store raw card data.
• Email marketing tools — we may use an email service provider to manage and send marketing emails. These providers process email addresses and engagement data (opens, clicks) on our behalf.
• Analytics providers — we use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or similar) to understand how visitors use our website. These tools may use cookies and collect anonymized or aggregated data. See Section 7 for more detail.

Legal Requirements and Protection

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of flowhouse, our clients, or others.

4. Marketing Email Consent and CAN-SPAM Compliance

When you join our Founding Circle or otherwise opt in to email marketing, you consent to receiving promotional emails from flowhouse. Every marketing email we send will include:

• A clear identification that the message is from flowhouse.
• Our valid physical mailing address.
• A clear and easy way to unsubscribe (opt out) from future marketing emails.

To unsubscribe from marketing emails, click the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email we send, or email us at info@flowhouserb.com with the subject line "Unsubscribe." We will process your request promptly and within 10 business days at the latest. Please note that even after unsubscribing from marketing emails, you may still receive transactional messages related to your account or bookings.

5. SMS / Text Messaging Consent

If you opt in to receive SMS or text messages from flowhouse, please see our SMS/Text Messaging Terms for full disclosures, including how to opt out, message frequency, and carrier disclaimers. Your mobile number and SMS consent data are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — and similar tracking technologies for the following purposes:

Most browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of our website. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, but we will re-evaluate this as standards evolve.

• Account and booking information is retained for the duration of your active relationship with flowhouse, and for a reasonable period thereafter as needed for legal, tax, or business purposes.

• When personal information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it in a secure manner.

9. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our membership and class services are intended for individuals who are at least 16 years of age; minors between 16 and 18 may participate only with parental or guardian consent as required by applicable law.
