the modalities

Reformer. Barre. Equally essential.

An elevated movement studio — a fusion of contemporary pilates and modern movement across reformer and barre, designed to support the body long-term through posture, alignment, mobility, core strength, and mind-body connection.

Foundation

The perfect introduction to both the reformer and the Flowhouse Method. This slower-paced class focuses on foundational pilates principles, alignment, breath, control, and safely learning the reformer.

Designed to help clients build confidence, body awareness, and strong movement foundations. Suitable for all levels.

Signature

Our signature reformer class blends modern strength-based movement with foundational principles inspired by Joseph Pilates. Through intentional movement, clients build deep core strength, pelvic-floor support, stability, endurance, and full-body control.

While still accessible to many clients, the pacing and sequencing lean slightly intermediate/advanced and are best suited for those with prior reformer experience.

the sanctuary

A studio that feels like Reho.

Warm walnut, soft light, and the quiet hum of intentional movement. We built flowhouse to feel less like a fitness studio and more like a sanctuary you'd choose for the hour you give yourself every day.

The flowhouse studio — warm walnut wood-slat walls, three glowing pendant lanterns, and ten custom Flowformer reformers arranged in two rows facing the mirrored barre wall.
inside the hour

Press play on a Flowhouse class.

Low light, custom FlowFormers, and forty-five minutes of breath-led movement. This is the feeling we built — strong, precise, and quietly joyful.

The custom FlowFormer reformer — matte-black frame with the flowhouse wordmark on the side rail, against a warm walnut wood-slat wall.
the flowformer · our method

A reformer of our own. A method we couldn't find anywhere else.

The FlowFormer is our custom reformer and the foundation of the Flowhouse Method — developed specifically for the way we teach. Pilates-inspired movement, strength, endurance, balance, and intentional sequencing, blended into one breath-led practice that is uniquely Flowhouse.

strength. precision. flow.

Movement designed to support the body long-term.

Posture. Alignment. Mobility. Endurance. Core strength. Mind-body connection. Pilates was never meant to be a punishment — we bring it back to its roots: precise, breath-led, deeply strengthening, and quietly transformative.

the founder

Created by Sam, built for community.

flowhouse was created by Sam as a modern movement space designed to feel equal parts grounding, intentional, and inspiring — and shaped by a small, deliberate founding team.

meet sam

Movement, for Sam, has always been about more than fitness.

With a background in pilates, yoga, holistic wellness, and mindful movement, she built flowhouse as a place to return to — for ritual, connection, growth, and feeling good in your body. Rooted in both strength and softness.

It's about coming home to yourself.

a note on barre

Barre is beginner-friendly, low impact, posture-enhancing, strength-focused — and a perfect complement to your reformer practice.

Two barre walls, twenty-five spots per Barre 45 class, continuous movement, and intentional burn. It belongs alongside the reformer, not behind it.
