Reformer Yin is a slow, restorative practice designed to soften the body and steady the nervous system. With longer holds and supported stretches, you’ll improve mobility, increase circulation, release stored tension, enhance recovery, and build subtle strength — all while shifting into a deeply calming, parasympathetic state.

Flow House was created by Sam, a movement teacher devoted to strength, softness, and intentional living. With a background in Pilates and yoga, she built this space as a sanctuary for community, connection, and meaningful movement.
