More than a workout.
Movement designed to strengthen the body while creating space to reconnect with yourself. Flowhouse is a place to reset, strengthen, and return to your body — every class, every visit.
Opening Summer 2026
Six blocks. One conversation with the body.
Every Signature and Foundation class is structured this way — sequenced for time under tension, continuous movement, and intentional return.
- 1Center · core activation
Breath work and deep-core engagement on the Flowformer. We start the conversation from the inside out — finding the muscles that hold every other movement together.
- 2Lower body block
Footwork, glutes, hamstrings. Time-under-tension reps on the carriage — slow eccentrics, intentional control, low-impact strength.
- 3Obliques
Side-lying work, rotational planks, kneeling oblique series. The most quietly powerful block — and the one you'll feel two days later.
- 4Upper body block
Long-lever arms on the cables, push-pull symmetry, breath-led pacing. Strength without strain.
- 5Final core push · center abdominals
One last deliberate burn. Centered, low-impact, high-intensity — the moment you'll catch yourself smiling mid-flow.
- 6Slow stretch + cool down
Long-line opening, breath, nervous-system regulation. You'll wipe the carriage, reset, and walk out taller than you came in.
A social and wellness experience.
flowhouse is a sanctuary, but also a community. Stay after class. Grab a juice. Chat with the founding circle. Linger in the calm.
The hour on the Flowformer is the start of the ritual — not the end of it. We protect the calm inside the studio and we welcome you into the community right outside it. Both are part of the experience.
Four things to know before your first class.
Simple, intentional, no over-explanation. You walk in calm — and walk out hooked.
- 1Begin with Intro or Foundation.
Both are paced and cued for first-time movers. From there, Signature is open to you.
- 2Wear something comfortable you can move in.
Fitted or relaxed, your call. The flowhouse line will be available in studio at launch.
- 3Grip socks required.
Available for purchase in studio — quietly part of the kit you'll keep returning to.
- 4Bring water — beverages available in studio.
Filtered water on-site. Stay after for a juice and meet the community.
Barre is beginner-friendly, low impact, posture-enhancing, strength-focused — and a perfect complement to your reformer practice.
Two barre walls, twenty-five spots per Barre 45 class, continuous movement, and intentional burn. It belongs alongside the reformer, not behind it.
The things you'd text a friend who's already done it.

What's the difference between Signature and Barre 45?
Signature is our contemporary reformer pilates class on the Flowformer — full-body, time-under-tension, sequenced. Barre 45 is a strength-based barre class on the wall using small props and continuous movement. Different equipment, same flowhouse philosophy: precision-based, low impact, high intensity.
What's the difference between Foundation and Signature?
Foundation is the slower, more cued version of Signature — built for new reformer movers and for refining the basics. You'll learn the Flowformer setup, the springs, and our foundational positions. Signature assumes you know the carriage and moves at a steadier, more continuous pace.
What is Yin?
Yin is our restorative reformer-based stretch and recovery class, inspired by yin yoga principles. Slow holds, long lines, breath-led pacing, nervous-system regulation. The class your body books for itself after a hard week.
What should beginners start with?
Start with Foundation if you're new to reformer pilates, or grab a seat in our occasional Intro class. Both are paced and cued for first-timers. Once you've taken either one, Signature, Yin, and Barre 45 are all open to you.
I've never done pilates. Is this for me?
Yes — and especially yes. Reformer pilates is one of the most beginner-friendly strength practices because the machine supports you while it challenges you.
How fit do I need to be to start?
Not fit at all. We program for every body — including people coming back from injury, post-partum, or who haven't moved in years. Just tell your instructor at check-in.
Is the studio women-only?
No. flowhouse is a women-led studio with a beautifully diverse community. We welcome everyone who wants to move with intention.
