We hire certified instructors — Lagree, Xformer, Pilates, or barre — and train you in the Flowhouse Method from there, with mentorship, on real reformers, in front of real classes.
A certification, plus a few things we love.
- Required: a current certification in Lagree, Xformer, Pilates, or barre
- A pilates, barre, Lagree, Xformer, dance, or rehab background
- Pilates certs we know well: BASI, Polestar, STOTT, Romana's, Body Arts & Science, or equivalent
- Group-class teaching experience — any modality
- Comfort with hands-on adjustments and clear verbal cueing
- A point of view about programming you can defend in conversation
- Above all: a calm, deep love for the practice
